light
undeterred
through glass and water passes
its frequency constant
through trial
determined
rays set on fixed destination
persists
yet
bends
its lengths adaptable
along the journey
adjusted
waves flexing toward focused end
it must be refitted
amended
remade
or
terminus
of
beam
would water and glass make

Thank you for the share! Hope you had a great weekend!
Thank you for sharing your walk off faith! I like this one and the title as it could be a good analogy for my walk of faith!
Thank you so much, Rick! I love the example for life, understanding the things we need to stay focused on and the things we need to be bendable in. Have a wonderful day!
Beautiful imagery, Tanya! Loved it 😊
Thank you, Shweta! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Have a beautiful week!😊
It’s always a pleasure to read your works. Hope you have a great week too, Tanya! 😊
Thank you, again! I will take that wish and make the most of it.❤
😊
Phenomenal piece and the title is just wow. Thank you for sharing
Thank you, Manuel! You brought a smile to my face!😊
My pleasure, you always do as well
Hugs, my friend!😊
Hugs Tanya
Very good, Tanya. I always conjure up such pictures in my mind from your poems, as well as, your prose! Thank you for your work…
🙂
Thank you so much, Steve! I try..
Hope you are having a great day.😊
Believe me, Tanya, you succeed! Don’t let your heart be so troubled about things…this is the world. Keep your heart on the hope in the fact that the Lord is over all and things will work according to His plans for the sake of goodness.
🙂
I don’t tend to stress about things, but I do feel compelled to write about them. Me stressing doesn’t help anyone. I learned that some time ago. Have a beautiful day, Steve!😊
That’s a good way to look at stress if one can master it. You probably get things out of your system by use of the pen. You write from the heart and that helps unload the shoulders….
And you enjoy a stress-free evening, Tanya. 🙂
I have a good sense of humor, which helps. Thank you, I will. You do the same, Steve!😊
Humor always helps with the heart and soul, especially in this world!
🙂
Always, Steve! Have a happy day, my friend!😊
Good afternoon, Tanya. Well, what are you up to today? I’ll be over to visit the blog a bit later…had a couple of errands to run this morning.
Thanks for the well wishes, hope your day is a great one too. We need to enjoy them as they are a gift to us!
🙂
Hi, Steve! We had an ice storm last night, so my internet connection was lost for hours. I’ve got it back now, but I’m behind in just about everything…Lol
Good day to stay home and get caught up!😊
Oh, I hear ice storms can be brutally cold and really cause some damage! Glad you got your internet back. This is of course a delayed reply, but today is a rainy day for us…cold and wet! We are really having the rain this year out here…as they say we need it…Lol!
I have to get caught up as well.
🙂
Stay dry, Steve, and have a great one!😊
And you stay warm in those ice storms, Tanya! That kind of weather is not cool…(pun intended)!
🙂
Lol…Thank you for the laugh!😊
🙂

Thank you very much! I’m fascinated by the properties of light, so this was a fun piece for me. Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow! Physics explained poetically!
Thank you! As I was approaching the piece, I thought about that too. I’m glad you picked up on it.
Loved how you brought the phenomenon alive with your vivid description…
The properties of light are fascinating to me. It was a fun piece to write. I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Thank you, again!
