So beautiful, short masterpiece!
Thank you so much! 😊

Tanya, nicely done. I need to get thicker socks now with that frosting. Keith

Thank you for the share! I hope you are enjoying your autumn. I had a relative visit Spain a few weeks ago. She said the weather was amazing.
Spain is very nice but here in Sicily, it’s the best this time of year. Hope your holiday was good for you and the kids.
I was thinking you were in Spain (at least that was what my brain registered…lol). Sicily sounds amazing. I have never been to Italy, but it is high on my list of places to visit. Sicily sounds particularly nice.😊
Nice and the photo works so well with your words. I hope you’re doing well Tanya.
Thank you, Steph! I am. I hope you are as well!😊😊
so beautiful and short but says so much!

Beautiful again. XxX
Thank you so much, Patty! Hugs.
I can feel the iciness and a definite shiver as I look upon your stunning photo and read your words!
I wrote something to help warm you up today. 😊😉
Thank you!
I’ll pop by and have a look!
Beautyfully written.
Thank you, Aruna! I’m glad you thought so.
Welcome,dear!!💕
I am Japanese.
I forcibly tried it as a Japanese haiku.
枯葉敷き 砂糖衣の 大地かな
If English literary translation;
“Dead leaves covering the earth of sugar clothes”
Thank you! It is fascinating to see how words move through language, especially with the construction of something as rigid as the haiku. 😊
Winter’s ice is like the frosting to nature🙂
That it is! 😊😊
